The Home page is the first thing you see when you log in to your Understory Backoffice. It gives you a quick snapshot of today's schedule and recent sales, plus shortcuts to the things you do most often.
What you'll find on your Home page
Today's schedule
At the top, you'll see today's date and a summary of your scheduled events. If nothing is booked for today, you'll see "No events today."
Quick actions
Three shortcuts sit right below your schedule:
Check-in — scan a QR code to check in guests as they arrive
Create date — quickly add a new date to an existing experience
Search — find bookings, guests, or experiences
Sales
This card shows your total sales for the last 7 days, broken down into:
Discounts — value of discounts applied
Refunds — value of refunds issued
Net revenue — your net sales after discounts and refunds
A chart shows how sales have trended day by day. Click "See all metrics" to open the full Insights and Dashboard, where you can filter by experience and date range.
