How to View Your Sales Dashboard
Click “Grow” in the navigation bar - "Grow" menu expands
Select “Insights” from the list - Insights dashboard opens
(Optional) Choose a specific experience using the “Experiences” dropdown at the top - Dashboard filters by experience
(Optional) Select a date range or period using the time selector - Dashboard displays chosen period
Review your dashboard summary cards for key metrics - Sales, Orders, Gift Card Sales, and Participants are visible
What the Sales Dashboard Shows
The sales dashboard is organized into simple, easy-to-read cards:
Sales: See total sales, discounts, refunds, and net sales for your selected period.
Orders: Shows number of orders, page views, and the average value per order.
Gift Card Sales: Displays sold units, total value, and average value of gift cards.
Participants: Shows how many guests attended, your overall guest capacity, and the utility rate (% filled).
You can focus your view by filtering for a single experience or viewing all together, and easily switch between different time frames—like today, this month, or a custom range.
