How to Complete Meta EU Advertiser & Payer Verification (Recommended: From Understory Meta Ads Dashboard)

Requirements:

  • Your business's registered legal name

  • Admin access to your Meta Ads account

  1. In Understory, go to Marketing > Meta Ads - Opens Meta Ads Dashboard

  2. Check your setup guide for 'European Union advertiser' - Shows current status

  3. Click 'Configure in Meta' - Takes you to Meta’s advertiser settings

  4. In Meta: Go to the 'European Union' section - Find block for Advertiser & Payer

  5. Click 'Change' if needed to update details - Opens entry fields

  6. Enter your registered business name for both 'Advertiser' and 'Payer' - Legal business name only

  7. Click 'Save' - Status updates to show your business name

  8. Return to your Meta Ads dashboard in Understory - Confirm completion & continue

  1. Visit: https://adsmanager.facebook.com/adsmanager/manage/advertising_settings

  5. If needed, click 'Change' on the block
