How to view and manage your Understory Ads subscription

Requirements: You need access to "Marketing" and have "Meta Ads" activated in your Understory dashboard.

  2. Select "Meta Ads" – Shows Meta Ads dashboard

  3. Find your subscription details under "Settings" – View plan and billing cycle

  4. Click "Manage plan" to change or cancel – Opens plan management options

Ad budget details:

Billing timing:

  • Your Understory Meta Ads billing date will always match your signup date (for example, sign up on the 3rd, billed on the 3rd of every month).

  • Billing starts as soon as you’ve onboarded, exactly 5 days before your ads go live, because our team starts working straight away.

Cancellation:

  • You keep full access to Understory Meta Ads until the end of the month you’ve paid for, even if you cancel early. (Example: Renew on March 5, cancel on March 10, access continues until April 5.)

  • No refunds for unused days after cancellation. You just won’t be billed again.

  • To cancel, use the "Manage plan" button in your Meta Ads dashboard at any time.
