What it is: A built-in chat tool that lets you send group messages to all guests booked for a specific experience.

Key benefits:

  • Reduces no-shows and increases guest satisfaction by managing information in one place.

Core capabilities:

  • Send a message to all guests on a specific booking or event

  • View message delivery status (sent/seen)

  • Attach PDFs, images, or directions

  • Schedule messages in advance


Getting Started

Prerequisites

  • Must have at least one active event or booking

  • Your user role needs permission to manage guest communications

How to Send a Group Message

  1. Navigate to Experiences - You’ll see a list of your upcoming and past event (dates).

  2. Click Event → Choose “Message Guests” through the vertical dots (⋮) or message button- A messenger panel pops up beside your event details.

  3. Write your message - ensuring clear communication to your guests.

  4. Click “Send” - Your message is send instantly

Important: Guests will only receive messages if they have a valid email.


Common Use Cases

Event Day Reminders
When to use: To remind all guests about start time and what to bring.
Example: "Don’t forget, our Kayak Tour departs at 10AM tomorrow – please bring sunscreen and water!"

Last-Minute Changes
When to use: When weather or staffing causes time or location changes.
Example: "Due to rain, our Outdoor Yoga class will move to Studio B. See you indoors!"


Quick Tips

  • Use scheduled messages for late night updates so guests get them at a reasonable hour

  • Double-check guest contact info before sending – messages require up-to-date details
