Getting Started
Prerequisites
Must have at least one active event or booking
Your user role needs permission to manage guest communications
How to Send a Group Message
Navigate to Experiences - You’ll see a list of your upcoming and past event (dates).
Click Event → Choose “Message Guests” through the vertical dots (⋮) or message button- A messenger panel pops up beside your event details.
Write your message - ensuring clear communication to your guests.
Click “Send” - Your message is send instantly
Important: Guests will only receive messages if they have a valid email.
Common Use Cases
Event Day Reminders
When to use: To remind all guests about start time and what to bring.
Example: "Don’t forget, our Kayak Tour departs at 10AM tomorrow – please bring sunscreen and water!"
Last-Minute Changes
When to use: When weather or staffing causes time or location changes.
Example: "Due to rain, our Outdoor Yoga class will move to Studio B. See you indoors!"
