The Bookings Report offers a comprehensive view of your booking activity. It is structured in four tabs, each providing a different layer of detail – from overall bookings to line-item breakdowns and completed events.

Here’s an example of how the report looks when opened in Excel or as a CSV file:

🧾 Overview of the Tabs

1. Bookings – All Bookings in the Period

This tab shows each booking made during the selected period, including information about the experience, customer details, and payment status.

  • Monitor booking statuses (e.g., active, moved)

  • See payment and booking times

2. Orderlines – Itemized Breakdown of Bookings

This tab breaks each booking into its individual components (called β€œorder lines”), showing the quantity and price of each ticket type purchased.

  • Reconcile booking IDs with receipt IDs

3. Bookings Completed – Past Events Held in the Period

This tab lists bookings where the event has taken place during the selected period, regardless of when it was booked.
