Open Understory on a smart device with a camera
Find "Check-in a guest" on the "Home" page
Allow app.Understory.com to access your camera
Scan the QR-code on the ticket
Click the blue check in button to register the guest
The booking status changes to checked in and the guest is now registred in your system
General advice
Ticketing is an effective way to welcome and validate large numbers of guests for an event, while also ensuring they are properly registered in your backoffice.
At the bottom of every booking confirmation email, there is a ticket attached for the guest to bring to your event.
The ticket contains a QR code that you can scan to check in your guest.
Where is the QR scanner? Open Understory on your smartphone and find "Check-in a guest" on the "Home" page.
