Step by Step guide

  1. Go to storefront in back office and click features

  2. Enable or disable the features as you wish e.g. gift card purchases, private event requests, move booking, or cancel booking

    • This is features that enables your guests to take action without contacting you! They will be able to buy gift cards, move or cancel bookings by themselves

  3. Find direct links to "gift card purchase" and "private event request" in your storefront

  4. Read descriptions of every feature and what it does here


General advice

The gift card purchase and private event request are great ways to increase your sales.

When enabled the features will show on your Understory-page and your customers/guests are able to buy a giftcard or request a private event from you.

If you wish, you can allow your customers/guests to move or cancel their bookings without asking you first. Remember to modify how many days before your event your guests are allowed to move or cancel their booking.
