  1. Click on Storefront

  2. Click features

  3. Enable or disable the features as you wish, e.g. private event requests, move booking, or cancel booking
    ​

  4. Find the direct link to "private event request" in your storefront
    ​

  5. Read descriptions of every feature and what it does here

General advice

When enabled, these features will appear on your Understory page — allowing your customers or guests to:

  • Pass on your booking fee

  • Request a private event

You can also choose to let guests reschedule or cancel their bookings without needing your approval.

Don’t forget: Adjust the number of days before the event that guests are allowed to make changes to their bookings.
