Step by Step guide

  1. Go to Grow

  2. Click on Email marketing in the top bar

  3. Click the button "Download list"

  4. Open the Excel file from your local

  5. Adjust the Excel file to your needs

  6. Import the emails to your newsletter system (E.g. Mail chimp etc)

General advice

Ensure your "privacy policy" is updated and fitted to your Understory site.

For the customer to give their permission, they need to check the box below.

This will be shown at the last step before selecting your payment method

Due to GDPR, it is important you do not add customers to your newsletter if they haven't checked this box
