This guide will show you how to download a list of permission emails.

Step by Step guide

  1. Go to Marketing

  2. Click on Emails in the top bar

  3. Click the blue button "Download list"

  4. Open Excel file from your local

  5. Adjust the Excel file to your need

  6. Import the emails to your newsletter system (E.g. Mail chimp etc)

General advice

Ensure your "privacy policy" is updated and fitted to your Understory site.

For the customer to give their permission, they need to check the below box.

This will be shown at the last step before selecting your payment method

Due to GDPR it its important you do not add customers to your newsletter if they haven't check this box
