How to create and use Promo codes

Step by Step guide

  1. Go to Grow

  2. Click on Promo code in the top bar (Default start site in Grow)

  3. Click the button "+ Promo code"

  4. Type in the name of you discount code. E.g. "Join-Understory"

  5. Define if the discount should apply for all experiences or for a specific experience

  6. Type the amount or percentage rate for this code

  7. Choose how the discount should apply - Per guest or the entire order

  8. Choose if the code shall run for a specific time period or run until you stop it

  9. Select how many times a customer can use the discount code

General advice

Adjust the discount to the specific need. You have the option to create multiple discounts if you have different needs. This could be for a flash sale or a kick-off for a new experience. We recommend that you keep an eye on the uses of the codes. Typical questions:

  • How many has been used?

  • Are we selling more?

  • Are we using them correctly?

Keep in mind how you wish to use your discount codes. Are you targeting new customers or trying to get customers to come back?
