Getting Started
How to Add Your Terms & Policies
Go to Storefront > Implementation → You see the "Implementation" settings with tabs at the top.
Click on the "Terms" tab → You see sections for "Terms of trade", "Privacy Policy", and "Cancellation Policy".
Click on one of the policy sections (e.g. Terms of trade) → A text editor window opens for that policy.
Type your own terms or click "Insert from template" → The editor fills with a ready-made template. You can edit any part and add details specific to your business.
Review the auto-translate feature (if needed) → The system automatically prepares translations, and you can check or adjust them using the language selector at the top.
Click "Save changes" → Your new or updated terms are now active and will be shown to customers during their booking and payment journey.
Repeat steps 3-6 for Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy → Each policy is saved separately so you can manage them individually.
Important: If you do not use the template or type your own text, you can link to terms hosted on your own website, but make sure that customers can easily find and understand your policies.
