Go to settings
Click on notifications in the top bar
Click on the sliders to active (blue equals active)
Chose which are areas you wish to be notified about
General advice
Remember that these options are account-specified. Therefore you can adjust the notification to the person's needs.
E.g. If you wish your guides to get a notification for an upcoming event, just get your guides to activate this tab.
If you do not read the notifications in your e-mail we don't recommend activating these tabs.
However, this is a great way to being up to date all the time :-)
If the Tips and Tricks tap is activated you will receive tips for your Understory account
When the Bookings tap is activated you will receive a notification every time there are a made a new booking in the system.
To ensure your system is working correctly we recommend you activate this tab. You can always deactivate the notification later on.
If the Events tab is activated we will send you a notification when an event is coming up. If you have many events we do not recommend you activate this tab.
Hint! You can synchronize your Understory Calendar to your own calendar and get an overview that way around.
When the Gift cards tab is activated we will send you a notification when a customer has purchased a gift card.
