Step by Step guide

  1. Go to Company settings at the very bottom left of the sidebar menu. Access it by clicking the small arrow icon to expand the options, then select Company Settings.

  2. Click on Integrations in the top bar

  3. Connect to Understory Pay - Stripe (Required)

  4. Connect to PayPal (Optional)

  5. Synchronize your Understory Calendar (Optional)

General advice

You cannot create bookings or see the full booking flow if you haven't set up your Stripe account. If you are already using Stripe, you can just connect to your existing account. In case you need help, please reach out to us in the chat window 🤗

You can always add more integrations at a later point if needed.
