Overview of "Home"

Calendar: On the home page, the calendar for the current day is displayed, showing all scheduled events. Bookings can be managed directly from here if quick changes are needed.

Create new: Located in the top right corner, this feature provides a quick and easy way to create new event dates, private event dates, and new experiences.

Check-in a guest: This activates the camera, enabling QR-code tickets to be scanned and checked in quickly and easily.

Search for a booking: Enables searching for specific bookings within the back office, including search by name, email, phone number, status, booking ID, receipt ID, and experience name.

Sales overview: Provides a quick overview of sales from the past 7 days of events. For a deeper analysis, select “See all metrics” to open the full "Insights" section.

Tips for you: Provides tips for more effective back office management. "Open settings" allows configuration of how bookings are received, while "Create resources" helps keep track of equipment and link it to events. Tips can be hidden by clicking “Hide tips” and shown again by clicking “Show tips”.


General advice

Use the Home page to stay updated and manage daily operations efficiently. The daily calendar provides an overview of scheduled events and allows quick booking adjustments. From the top right corner, new event dates, private events, and experiences can be created.

For guest management, the check-in feature activates the device’s camera to scan and validate QR-code tickets. The booking search tool makes it simple to locate specific reservations within the back office.

Track performance through the sales overview, which displays figures from the past 7 days, with the option to explore detailed metrics in the Insights section.
