This is within the experience. The event are the actual time of the experience. This could be Thursday the 9th of may at 12.00. So this is what the customer are booking at your site.

Storefront is your shopfront. It is how your company appears to the customer and it is important that you pick the most suitable storefront for your business.

Booking flow
The booking flow is all the steps that the customer is going through when booking a spot for your event. It contains the following:

If you choose the Storefront as your booking flow, it will open up complete Understory-page with an overview of all your experiences where the customer can click into the details page of your experience and all the way through the booking flow. All in the same Understory-page.

If you choose Checkout as your booking flow, it will insert a booking button on your website that takes the customer directly to the booking flow when clicked.

This is where you control you Understory account.
This is also the part of the system where you can setup, create and edit your "Experience" or Events.
Moved booking
Moved booking
A bookings status is changed to moved when it has been rescheduled to another date/event. It will still be visible in the booking list on the original event/date, but the status of the booking will show as moved and the booking is greyed-out.
Recurring Event

Main event:
When you are creating an event, you get the option of making it as an recurring event e.g. an event that is repeated on the same time but on upcoming dates. When using this feature it will set the first event as main event. This means that all changes made in the main event is transferred to all the recurring events.
Recurring event:
It is possible to edit recurring event of a main events, without it affecting the other events.
