Step by Step guide

  1. Decide where you want the widget to show on your website.

    • this can be an existing Post or Page or a brand new one.

  2. Go to your Understory backoffice and go to the storefront page in the toolbar.

  3. Click on the widget flow type so it is marked with a blue square

  4. On the same page, pick the experience you wish to add to your website and the language of the widget

  5. Click the copy button that you find to the right of the code-snippet

  6. Navigate back to your WordPress Editor and click the + icon to add a new block

  7. Enter "HTML" in the search box and pick "Custom HTML"

  8. A new block with the text "Write HTML" should now appear

  9. Paste the code you copied from Understory into the block

  10. Save and publish your post/page and the widget should now appear on your website

General advice

Remember to check that everything looks as it should on your website when you have implemented the widget.

Don't worry about the actual code. Just insert it into your website builder and enjoy the fully integrated booking flow.

A widget is good for you who want a fully integrated solution that works directly through your website without leaving it at any time!
