Step by Step guide

Admin

  1. Full access to the back office in Understory

  2. The admin can assign new admins, managers, or guides


Manager

  1. A manager has a little more limited access to some features in the back office

  2. A manager has access to view all the experiences and create events but does not have access to create new experiences

  3. The manager has access to edit his/her personal profile but does not have access to company, team, integration, notifications, or terms


Guide

  1. The guide is the role for the guides at your events

  2. The guide has access to calendar, bookings, and personal settings

  3. It is only events that are assigned to the specific guide, that are visible to the guide in his/hers calendar

  4. The guide has access to view previous and future bookings.

  5. Can not cancel or reschedule bookings

  6. Can generate payment links


General advice

You can always change the role of a user later.
