How to create a manual booking and send a booking receipt to the customer

Step by Step guide

  1. Click on the experience you need to amend

  2. Choose the event the guest wish to be add to

  3. Choose the date within the event

  4. Click the add/plus button to the right (add booking)

  5. Select the number of guest for this booking

  6. Fill in the customer details

  7. Click create booking (blue button)


General advice

Remember to decide whether you want your guest to receive a booking confirmation. The box are ticked as a default.

The customer will appear on the guest list but will be shown as "not paid". This can only be changed if you generate a payment link, where your guest can pay directly for their booking. Once paid through the payment link, it will appear as "paid".

If you choose to send a payment link, we suggest that you wait to send the booking confirmation. Once you have received your payment you can enter the booking and send a confirmation.
