Step by Step guide

  1. Find the experience that needs to be amended

  2. Go to "Dates" and click the specific event that you want to cancel

  3. Click the "cancel button" in the right corner

  4. Write a message to the participant(s)

  5. Choose to cancel with or without refund
    ​

  6. It's also possible to cancel from the eventlist by using the three dots on the right side of the event - as shown in the video


General advice

The participants and guides automatically receive an email about the cancellation with your text.

Remember you can move a customer to a different event within the samme experience.

The message is a good opportunity to inform the customers about similar events or experiences. This could ensure the customer stays in your business.
