How to synchronize your Understory calendar with other calendars

Step by Step guide

  1. Go to settings

  2. Click integrations in the top bar

  3. Click calendar synchronization and connect (green button)

  4. Click Set up

  5. Choose the information you want your Understory calendar to show in your personal calendar and click continue

  6. Copy the iCal link by clicking on the button to the right

  7. Go to your personal calendar e.g. Google Calendar

  8. Settings ➔ add calendar ➔ from URL ➔ insert URL from Understory

  9. Your Understory calendar is now integrated with your personal calendar

General advice

Keep track of all your events by synchronization your Understory and personal calendar.
If you have a shared Laptop, tablet or similar, we recommend that you synchronize that unit to ensure all employees have access to the calendar.

You will be able to connect the calendar with a lot of different Calendars. It just has support ICAL which are the standards on the global market.

It is a read-only Calendar, which means you can only update the Understory calendar from the back office.
