Currently, setting up an integration between Understory and Truestory is a manual process, but is handled mostly between the Understory and Truestory teams.

Step by Step guide

  1. Contact your representative at Truestory and let them know that you wish to have your Understory account integrated with Truestory.
    ​

  2. Let them know which experiences, if not all, that should have the integration activated
    ​

  3. The Truestory team will contact us at Understory and we will coordinate the configuration and setup of integration between us.
    ​

  4. We at Understory will contact you once the integration is setup

General advice

When bookings are created from Truestory, you will be able to see the Channel of bookings set to "Integration" and the source will be set to "Truestory".

Note that bookings created through Truestory, will be marked as "unpaid", as the transaction is handled by Truestory and not Understory
