How to deactivate an experience

Stop selling an experience — for example a seasonal or discontinued one — by deactivating it.

If you no longer want to sell an experience — for example because it's seasonal or discontinued — you can deactivate it.

How to deactivate an experience

  1. Go to Experiences – Opens your list of experiences

  2. Click the experience you want to deactivate – Opens the experience

  3. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner – Shows options

  4. Click Deactivate – The experience is deactivated

What happens when an experience is deactivated?

The experience no longer appears in your active experience list in the backoffice or on your storefront.
