When will I receive my payout with Understory Pay?

How and when payouts are sent with Understory Pay, and what to check if a payout is missing.

With Understory Pay, your funds are paid out automatically to your connected account — Understory does not hold your money.

How it works

  • Each transaction is settled to your connected Adyen account and forwarded to your bank account according to your chosen payout schedule.

  • You set the payout frequency (for example daily or weekly) and any minimum balance threshold under Company Settings → Payment.

  • For frequent payouts (for example weekly) there is a fee of DKK 0.25 per payout. There are no other fees for choosing a frequent payout schedule.

Don't see your payout?

Check the following:

  1. Whether any refunds were deducted during the period.

  2. Your payout schedule and minimum balance threshold under Company Settings → Payment.

  3. That your KYC verification is complete.

If the payout is still missing, contact us with the booking or order number and we'll investigate it for you.
