Wrong meeting point/location on tickets — how to fix it

How to fix a wrong starting point/meeting location shown on your guests' tickets and confirmation emails.

If your guests receive tickets with the wrong starting point, it's usually down to where the location is set. Here's how to fix it:

  1. Go to the experience → Location/Meeting point. This is the address shown on the ticket and in the confirmation email — not an address written in the experience description itself.

  2. Correct the address here and save.

  3. Tickets that have already been sent are not updated automatically. To give guests with existing tickets the correct meeting point, you can add the information via "Additional booking information in the confirmation email" and resend the confirmation.
