Additional booking information in the confirmation email

Add custom text and PDF attachments to the booking confirmation email sent to your guests.

When creating or editing an experience, you can add custom information that will be included in the booking confirmation email sent to your guests. This is useful for sharing practical details like meeting points, what to bring, or directions — without cluttering your public experience description.


How to add additional booking information

How to add additional booking information when creating a new experience

  1. Click Experiences in the navigation bar – Opens your list of experiences

  2. Click [+ Experience] – Starts the experience editor

  3. Navigate to step 2: Set booking rules – Opens the booking rules section

  4. Click "Additional booking information" – Opens the additional information panel

  5. Write your message in the text field – This text will appear as a section in the confirmation email sent to the guest after booking

  6. Optionally, upload PDF files under Attachments – Files will be attached to the confirmation email

  7. Click Save – Your information is saved

  8. Continue through the remaining steps and click Publish – Your experience goes live with the additional information included



How to add or edit additional booking information on an existing experience

  1. Click Experiences in the navigation bar - Opens your list of experiences

  2. Click on the experience you want to update - Opens the experience overview

  3. Click the Settings tab - Opens the settings overview for the experience

  4. Scroll down to Booking information - Shows the booking information section

  5. Click "Additional booking information" - Opens the additional information panel

  6. Write or update your message in the text field - Updates the text that will appear in the confirmation email

  7. Optionally, upload or remove PDF files under Attachments - Add new files or click the ✕ next to an existing file to remove it

  8. Click Save - A "Changes saved" confirmation appears and your changes are applied immediately


What can I do with additional booking information?

You can use this to share anything guests need to know after booking, such as:

  • Directions or a map to the meeting point

  • What to wear or bring

  • Parking information

  • Terms and conditions

  • Any other practical details relevant to the experience

The text field supports links, so you can also point guests to external resources like a Google Maps location or a website.


Good to know

  • Only shown in the confirmation email — this information does not appear on your storefront or booking page. Guests will only see it after completing a booking.

  • PDF attachments only — only PDF files can be uploaded. Other file types are not supported.

  • Maximum 5 attachments — you can attach up to 5 PDF files per experience.

  • Maximum file size: 10 MB per file — each PDF must be under 10 MB.
