The Check-in feature lets you easily check in guests when they arrive at your experience.

The Check-in feature lets you easily check in guests when they arrive at your experience. You can check in guests manually from a list or use the built-in QR scanner to scan their tickets.


How to open the Check-in page

From the event details page:

  1. Navigate to the event you want to check in guests for - Event details page opens

  2. Click the green "Check in" button in the top right corner - Check-in page opens

From the Calendar:

  1. Click on a calendar event - Event summary panel opens

  2. Click "Check in" - Check-in page opens


How to manually check in guests

  1. Find the guest in the booking list - Use the search bar to search by name or email

  2. Click "Check in all" on the booking - All tickets on the booking are checked in

βœ“ "Checked in" is displayed when successful.

Check in individual tickets

If you only want to check in some guests from a booking (for example, if not everyone has arrived yet):

  1. Click on the booking to expand it - Individual tickets are displayed

  2. Click "Check in" next to each ticket - That ticket is checked in

πŸ’‘ Tip: Use the "Expand all" toggle to show individual tickets for all bookings at once.


How to check in guests using the QR scanner

  1. Click "Scan tickets" in the top right corner of the Check-in page - Camera view opens

  2. Allow camera access if your browser asks - Scanner is ready

  3. Point the camera at the guest's QR code - Guests ticket appear

  4. Check in ticket - Guest is checked in


How to undo a check-in

Made a mistake? You can easily undo a check-in:

  1. Find the checked-in booking - Shows "βœ“ Checked in"

  2. Click the undo button (β†Ί) next to "Checked in" - Check-in is reversed
