Recurring Events Repeating Dates: Recurring events let you automatically schedule repeated dates for an experience, saving time and reducing errors compared to manual entry.

Updated yesterday

This feature is perfect for experiences that happen daily, weekly, or on any regular schedule, so you can plan and manage dates more efficiently. Recurring events are visually grouped in your event list, making it easy to see which dates belong to the same series.

How to Create a Recurring Event (Repeating Dates)

  1. Click Experiences in the navigation bar – Opens your list of experiences

  2. Select an existing experience or click + Experience to add a new one – Opens the experience details

  3. Click + Date to add an event date – Opens the date creation window

  4. Enter start and end date/time – Sets when your event takes place

  5. Click Repeats and set Repeat rule (e.g., Daily, Weekly, etc.) – Opens the repeat options

  6. Set end date for the series if needed – Determines how long the recurring series lasts

  7. Click Save changes and then Create – Schedules all repeating dates for your experience

How Recurring Events Are Displayed

When you create a recurring series, all the dates in the series are listed under the Dates section for that experience. These events:

  • Show a special icon to indicate they're part of a repeating series

  • Display a tooltip (“Repeats daily at 11:00”, for example) when you hover over the icon

  • Highlight all events in the same series when you hover the icon, so you can easily see which dates belong together

What Can I Do With Recurring Events?

Recurring events are ideal for:

  • Scheduling classes, tours, or workshops that run on a regular schedule

  • Quickly adding dates for your popular experiences without manual entry

  • Reducing errors that can happen when inputting lots of dates individually

Use recurring events to save time on your event planning, and to keep your guest booking experience smooth and consistent.
