How to View Traffic in Understory
Requirements: Access to the "Grow" and "Advertising" sections in your Understory dashboard.
Click Grow in the navigation bar β Opens growth tools
Select Advertising β Opens campaign overview
Find the Traffic metric under each ad campaign β See how many people clicked your ads
How does Traffic work?
Traffic is a metric that shows how many people click the link in your ads (on Facebook or Instagram) and end up on your Understory storefront or a specific experience booking page. This helps you see which ads are sparking interest and leading guests to learn more about your experiences.
Checking Traffic helps you understand:
If your ad creative is catchy and inspiring curiosity
Which experiences get the most attention from potential guests
How well your advertising spend turns into page visitors
Tip: A high Traffic number is good, but also check your purchases and landing page views in Understory to see if visitors actually follow through and book an experience.
