Your Grow Ads subscription in Understory is designed to be flexible and transparent. The subscription period begins on the day your first ad campaign goes live, and not on your sign-up date. From this start date, your subscription operates on a monthly cycle with straightforward billing - no surprises or commitment worries.
Understanding your GROW subscription period
Requirements: You need access to the "Grow" and "Advertising" sections in your Understory dashboard.
Activate your first ads (Grow or Advertising section) - Your subscription period begins
Track your monthly period - Monthly billing starts from the ad go-live date
Pay monthly service fee and ad budget - Fees are billed each month on your renewal date
Cancel or pause anytime before renewal date - Only charged for active periods
How the Grow Ads subscription works
Your Grow Ads subscription only begins once your first advertisements are live. From this moment, your subscription runs for a full calendar month.
For example : if your ads start on March 12, your period lasts until April 11.
Every month, you’ll pay the agreed monthly service fee (e.g., €199/month), plus whatever ad budget you choose. If you don’t want to continue for another month, cancel or pause before the next renewal date to avoid another charge. There’s no long-term contract, no cancellation fees, and no penalties for pausing or stopping. You remain in control of your spend and service duration.
