What to expect during onboarding
In-app guided tours - Step-by-step walkthroughs help you learn how to navigate the Understory platform and find important features quickly.
Meta Ads setup assistance - The team will assist you in connecting your Facebook Page, Ad Account, Instagram, and all necessary tracking tools, so your advertising can run smoothly.
Campaign launch support - You’ll receive confirmation when your first campaigns go live, plus a follow-up after one week to make sure everything is performing as expected.
