Partly refund in Stripe

This video shows a way to refund an optional amount of a specific transaction

Step by Step guide

  1. Go to Stripe and click Transactions
    ​

  2. Find the transaction you want to partially refund
    ​

  3. Click the refund button in the right corner
    ​

  4. Choose the amount you want to refund to the customer and click refund

General advice

We advice to add a note to the booking about the partial refund e.g. 1 ticket refunded in Stripe.

The refund will not be shown directly within the Back Office. We therefore recommend that you leave an internal note on the booking in the Back Office.
