How to add a resource to an experience

  1. Open the Experience you want to update – Create a new experience or edit an existing one -> Experience details page opens

  2. Scroll down to Resources and click Add resource – List of available resource types appears

  3. Choose the resource type to assign (e.g. Kayak) – Select the appropriate resource

  4. Decide how the resource should be applied:

    • Per Event – Resource used once per event

    • Per Booking – Resource used for each reservation (affects max bookings)

    • Per Ticket/Add-on – Resource assigned per ticket or add-on (e.g. one kayak per guest)

  5. Click Save – Resource now tied to your experience

What happens when you attach a resource?

Once a resource is attached, it will control how many tickets or bookings can be sold for that experience, based on your inventory. Using resources helps you prevent overbooking, ensure you don’t oversell equipment, and improve guest satisfaction. You can assign resources flexibly: for an entire event, per reservation, or per individual ticket/add-on sold.
