  5. Click 'Edit' (top right) – Opens the date’s edit menu.

  6. Click '+ Resources' – Opens the Add Resource window.

  7. Select a resource type from the dropdown – Example: bikes, iPads, “Padel court”, etc.

  8. Set reservation rules if needed (like reserve amount or per event options) – Adjusts how the resource is allocated.

  9. Click 'Save' to confirm the resource – The resource is now linked to this date.

  10. Click 'Save changes' in the date window – Finalizes your changes.

What happens when you attach a resource?

Once a resource is attached, it will control how many tickets or bookings can be sold for that experience, based on your inventory. Using resources helps you prevent overbooking, ensure you don’t oversell equipment, and improve guest satisfaction. You can assign resources flexibly: for an entire event, per reservation, or per individual ticket/add-on sold.
