You can create, edit, and delete categories, and assign multiple experiences to each category for better storefront filtering. This feature is especially useful for grouping similar experiences, such as by theme, type, or audience.
How to create a new category
Click Experiences in the navigation bar – Experiences list appears
Scroll down to the Properties section and click Categories – Manage categories view opens
Click the + Categories button – New category popup appears
Enter your Category name – Name field is filled
Click Save – New category is added to your list
How to assign experiences to a category
From Categories, find the category you want – Category row shows
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the category – Menu appears
Select Add to experiences – Experience list popup appears
Tick the checkbox for each experience you want in this category – Selected experiences are checked
Click Save – Experiences are now grouped under this category
How to edit a category
Click the three dots (⋮) next to a category – Menu appears
Select Edit – Edit category popup opens
Change the name as needed
Click Save – Changes are saved
How to delete a category
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the category – Menu appears
Select Delete – Delete confirmation popup appears
Click Delete to confirm – Category is removed from all experiences
What can I do with categories?
Categories allow you to organize and group your experiences so guests can easily filter through offerings in your Storefront. Each experience can belong to multiple categories, and you can update or remove category groupings as your business grows. This makes it easier for guests to find exactly what they want, improving the Storefront browsing experience and helping drive more bookings.
