Updated over 3 weeks ago

Customizing the Calendar view lets you focus on the details you care about—like seeing bookings by day, week, or month, and filtering by location, experience, language, or booking status.

How to Customize Your Calendar View

  1. Click Calendar in the menu on the lefthand side - Calendar page opens

  2. Select your preferred view (Day, Week, or Month) using the dropdown at the top left - Calendar updates to chosen view

  3. Click the Locations dropdown to filter experiences by one or more locations - Only selected locations appear

  4. Click the Experiences dropdown to choose specific experiences to display - Only selected experiences show in the calendar

  5. Click the filter icon (three sliders) at the top right to access advanced filters - Settings panel opens

  6. Adjust filters by Guides, Languages, Status (Active, Inactive, Cancelled), or Booking Status (Fully Booked, Booked, No Bookings) - Calendar updates to reflect filters

  7. Calendar Tags Filter (Categories) - Filter calendar events by experience tags or find untagged experiences using the "(none)" option. With multi-select support, you can combine multiple tags to narrow down your view.

  8. Toggle Grouping on or off Group your calendar by experience. This view is a good option for hosts with many different experiences that need a quick overview.

What can I do with Calendar view customization?

Customizing the Calendar view makes it easy to track events, manage availability, and focus on what matters most to your business. For example, you can quickly see sold-out events, check availability at a specific location, or focus only on active experiences. Grouping by experience is especially helpful for hosts with many types of activities.
