How to use the Calendar in Backoffice
Click "Calendar" in the navigation menu - Opens the Calendar view
Choose your preferred view (Month/Week/Day) - Adjusts the calendar layout
Filter by location or experience as needed - Shows only relevant events
Click on a date or event to see details - Opens event info and actions
Use settings to filter by guide, language, or booking status - Customizes visible events
Toggle “Grouping” on under Settings to organize your calendar by experience. This view is a great option for hosts with many different experiences who need a quick overview.
To add a booking, select an event and click "Add booking" - Opens manual booking form
To message participants, select an event, open options, and choose "Message all" - Opens message dialogue
To cancel an event, select an event, open options, and choose "Cancel" - Shows cancellation options
(Optional) Connect your calendar to Google, Apple, or Microsoft calendar under Settings - Syncs events externally

This feature simplifies everyday management, helping you avoid double bookings and offering great customer service by sending confirmations and updates directly.
