How to enable and set up booking reminders

Requirements: Admin access to Sales settings

  1. Click Sales in the navigation bar - Sales page opens

  2. Go to Manage - Settings appear

  3. Toggle on Send booking reminders to your guests - Reminder feature is activated

  4. Set the Time before event - Choose when the reminder is sent (e.g., 1 hour, 1 day, 2 days, etc.)

  5. Confirm settings are saved - Reminders will be sent automatically


What can I do with booking reminders?

When booking reminders are enabled, every guest who has a booking for your event will get a notification before their scheduled experience. You can choose how far in advance guests are reminded—anywhere from 1 hour to 14 days before the event. This not only ensures guests remember their booking but also gives them time to plan ahead, reducing last-minute cancellations or missed experiences. It’s a hands-off way to keep your guests informed and improve your attendance rates.
