What can you do in "Storefront Preferences"?

The "Storefront Preferences" section gives you all the tools needed to make your Storefront look and feel like your business:

  • Fill in important company details customers see when browsing your experiences

  • Upload your company logo for clear branding

  • Set a cover image that visually represents your business

  • Write a company description to communicate your story

  • Customize button style and font to match your brand colors and identity

  • Instantly preview how guests will experience your Storefront online

  • Choose if you want the Understory logo visible beneath your booking widget

Personalizing this area makes your Storefront more attractive and helps build customer trust.

Important: Branding applies to all storefronts

The branding settings in Preferences — including logo, cover image, company details, and styling — are shared across all storefronts on your account. This means changes made here will affect every storefront you have set up.

If you need two storefronts with completely different branding (for example, different logos, contact details, or color schemes), this requires two separate Understory accounts. Experiences can be shared between accounts using the Connect feature. Contact our support team if you would like help setting this up.

Individual storefront settings — such as domain, which experiences are shown, payment options, SEO, and gift cards — are still managed per storefront under each storefront's own edit view.

FAQ
