How to Set Up a Business Storefront

Create a dedicated booking experience for companies and group clients. Note: branding settings such as logo and contact details are shared across all storefronts on your account.

Business storefronts let you create a dedicated booking experience for companies and group clients. Use a Business storefront to group certain experiences, provide customized options, and manage business-specific requests all in one place.

What Can I Do With a Business Storefront?

A Business storefront enables you to:

  • Offer curated experiences specifically for corporate clients, teams, and business events

  • Use a custom or Understory domain for easy access

  • Select which experiences/offers should appear on the storefront

  • Control options like tax handling, price display, event requests, gift cards, and more

  • Make your storefront discoverable via search engines or keep it private

After setup, you can:

  • Edit, Copy Link, or Delete your storefront using the three dots (...) on your storefront card

  • Click directly on the storefront card for a larger overview or to manage details

Note: Branding is shared across all storefronts

Branding settings — including logo, cover image, company name, contact details, and styling — are set under Storefront → Preferences and apply to all storefronts on your account, including your Business storefront. It is not possible to set a different logo or contact details for individual storefronts within the same account.

If you need fully separate branding for a Business storefront (for example, a different logo, email address, or color scheme), this requires a separate Understory account. Experiences can be shared between accounts using the Connect feature. Contact our support team for help setting this up.

Settings that are specific to each storefront — such as domain, which experiences are shown, payment methods, SEO, and gift cards — are still managed individually per storefront.
