Editing and completing your personal profile in Understory ensures your information is accurate and up to date, making it easier for your company to contact you and personalize your experience. You can update your name, phone number, language preference, and add a profile picture.
How to edit and complete your personal profile
Requirements: You must be logged into your Understory account.
Click the arrow besides your name and company name in the bottom left of the navigation menu - Profile menu opens
Click “Profile” - Profile details window appears
Edit your profile information (add or edit full name, upload profile picture, update phone number, select preferred language)
Click outside the profile window or press “X” to save and close - Changes are saved automatically
What can I do with my personal profile?
Your personal profile stores your contact details, language preference, and lets you upload a profile picture. Keeping this information current ensures you don’t miss important communications from your company and can make your profile easily recognizable to colleagues. All changes are saved automatically as soon as you update the fields or upload a new photo.
The profile page is for internal use only and will not be showcased on your Storefront.
