Guide:

Step-by-Step guide

  1. In the top left corner, locate the search icon πŸ”

  2. Enter the guest details: e-mail, name, etc.

  3. Click on the booking

  4. In the top right corner, click on the button "Move"

  5. Choose a new timeslot and click "Move booking"

If you are already in the guest booking you can click on "move" and proceed with the rest of the flow.


General information

  • A booking can not be moved to a different experience

  • The guest will receive a new booking confirmation

  • It will show on the guest booking where the booking has been moved to and from
