Overview

What it is: Ticketing Per Person lets you automatically attach individual tickets for each guest in a booking to the same confirmation email, making group management and event check-in faster and easier.

Key benefits:

  • Ensures every guest receives their own ticket, so you can easily track attendance and manage capacity at your events.

  • Reduces confusion for group bookings by providing a separate ticket for each participant, all included in one confirmation email to the booking contact.

  • Gives you and your guests a clear record of who is attending and the exact number of tickets purchased.

Core capabilities:

  • Choose between sending a single ticket per booking or individual tickets for every guest in one confirmation email.

  • Automatically add all tickets to the confirmation email for easy download and distribution.

  • Efficiently scan each ticket at check-in to manage capacity and attendee flow.


Getting Started

How to Enable Ticketing Per Person

  1. Go to Sales from the left menu → You enter the Sales section where you manage sales and bookings.

  2. Click on the 'Manage' button in the top right corner → Settings options for sales management appear.

  3. Enable the 'Tickets' toggle so it turns green → Ticketing options become available, showing your current ticket allocation settings.

  4. Select 'Per guest (Individual tickets)' under Ticket Allocation → New bookings will include one ticket for each guest in the confirmation email sent to the booking contact.


Common Use Cases

Group Event Planning
When to use: When organizing activities where each attendee must check in individually.Example: A wine tasting event where one person books for a group—everyone receives their own ticket, all included in a single confirmation email.

Managing Capacity for Large Experiences
When to use: Managing events that require tracking every individual ticket for safety or capacity limits.Example: A workshop where headcount compliance is important, and every ticket is clearly attached to the main booking email for easy access.


General advice

With this feature, you can choose if you want to send a ticket with the booking confirmation.
If you like your guest to receive a ticket, you can now choose between sending a ticket per booking or guest.
