Now, you have complete control over your bookings, making it easy to add extra tickets or include add-ons to existing bookings—simply manage everything from your back office and send a new payment link directly to your customer. Need to remove a ticket? Easily issue a refund through the back office. If a customer makes a typo, you can quickly update their details—such as name, email, phone number, or language—and resend the booking confirmation to ensure everything is accurate and up-to-date.

Step-by-Step Guide: Add/Remove tickets

  1. Find the booking you wish to manage.

  2. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the booking information section.

  3. To update tickets, click the dropdown to adjust quantities and use the “+” and “-” buttons to add or remove tickets as needed.

  4. Choose the payment option: send a new payment link or select “No Payment” if no additional payment is needed.

  5. If you removed a ticket, decide if you’d like to issue a refund for the difference.

  6. Click Save to confirm changes. A new booking confirmation will automatically be sent to your customer.


Step-by-Step Guide: Edit customer information

  1. Find the booking you wish to manage

  2. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the customer section

  3. Edit or change the information as needed

  4. Choose whether you want to resend the booking confirmation with the updated customer information.

  5. Click Save to confirm changes. A new booking confirmation will automatically be sent to your customer.
