The upgraded dashboard offers a streamlined view of your business performance, with important insights available directly on the overview page. Here, you'll find key metrics on total sales, orders, gift card sales, and the number of guests. You can view a summary across all your experiences or focus on a specific one.

Step-by-Step guide

  1. Open Grow tab in the sidebar navigation menu

    1. Select Insights in the submenu

  2. Select whether you want to view data for all experiences or just one specific experience.

  3. Choose a time period for the data—such as today, this week, this year, or a custom range.

  4. To explore a specific metric, click on it on the right side of each box. Hover over the metric to see a brief explanation.

  5. Hover over the graphs to see how each metric has performed over time.

  6. If you need a report, you can request it in the top right corner.


General Advice

The dashboard allows you to filter data by various time periods—today, this week, month, year, or a custom date range. Navigate through consecutive time periods using the arrows. Hover over a metric for a brief description, or place your mouse over the graph to see how each metric has progressed over the selected timeframe.

For detailed reports on bookings, gift card usage, customer balances, or all your transactions, you can request them in the top right corner, and they’ll be delivered within one business day.
