Gift Card Management is designed to give you greater control and flexibility over your gift cards. With this feature, you can easily manage gift cards by manually adjusting their value and deleting them, with or without issuing refunds to your customers.

Step-by-Step guide: How to Adjust Gift Card Value

  1. Go to "Sales" in your backoffice.

  2. Go to “Gift Cards”.

  3. Select the gift card you want to edit.

  4. Click “Modify Value”.

  5. Choose an action, like “Reduce Value.”

  6. Enter the amount to adjust.

  7. (Optional) Add a note.

  8. Click “Modify” to save.

  9. A pop-up will confirm how much the value was reduced.



Step-by-Step guide: How to Disable Gift Cards

  1. Go to "Sales" in your backoffice.

  2. Go to “Gift Cards”.

  3. Select the gift card you want to edit.

  4. Click the three dots in the top right corner and “Disable”.

  5. Choose whether to disable with or without a refund.

  6. Click the red Disable button in the pop-up

  7. The gift card is now disabled


General advice

When to Disable or Adjust a Guest's Gift Card

If a guest has visited your store and used their gift card to purchase a product or experience, you can easily adjust or disable the card directly from your backoffice.
